I sent my card to the wrong email address

If you've already placed your order and mistakenly sent your egift card to an incorrect email address:

The steps to take to correct the email address and resend the eGift are listed below.

• Start Logging in to Perfectgift here.  
  
  • If you need assistance with logging into your account, please check out this article.
• Click on “Order placed”
• Select the eGift you would like to resend.
• Select if you need to change the email or keep the same email used.
• Click the “Resend” button.
  • If the recipient does not see the email. Please have them search their spam or junk folder for email from: perfectgift.com

*If an order has been marked as “Completed” the recipient of the gift has already claimed the gift and cannot be resent.
