Issue Processing Payment

If you are having an issue completing your order here are some things to take into consideration. 

• International Orders: Orders placed from outside the US or using international payment methods cannot be processed
• Billing Information: Inconsistencies in billing information may hinder payment authorization
• Payment Type: Payment type is not accepted.
  • Example: We cannot accept a prepaid gift card to purchase our gift cards. 
• Payment Declined:
  • Your bank or card issuer may have blocks in place preventing purchases from us.
  • Insufficient funds: The payment type does not have enough funds to cover the cost of the order.
