The steps to take to resend an eGift are listed below.
- Start Logging in to Perfectgift here.
- If you need assistance with logging into your account, please check out this article.
- Click on “Order placed”
- Select the eGift you would like to resend.
- Select if you need to change the email or keep the same email used.
- Click the “Resend” button.
- If the recipient does not see the email. Please have them search their spam or junk folder for email from: perfectgift.com
*If an order has been marked as “Completed” the recipient of the gift has already claimed the gift and cannot be resent.
