How to track your order with FedEx

Looking to track your FedEx shipment?

To track your FedEx shipment, use the tracking number received via email and enter it on the FedEx tracking website. If you haven't received your tracking number, your order might not have been processed yet. You can check your order status here.

Shipping Methods and Processing Times

Plastic Visa and Mastercard Gifts:

• FedEx Shipping: Orders processed before 4pm EST from Monday to Friday.
  • Corporate Orders only can also be shipped out on Saturday if processed before 10 am EST. 
• USPS Shipping: Orders processed by 4 pm EST from Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. 
• Estimated Delivery Times:
  • FedEx 2-Day: 2-3 business days
  • FedEx Overnight: 1-2 business day

Shipping times are estimated from when the cards are printed.

Order Status

Check Order Status: Your tracking number will be available once your order has been printed and is in the "In Transit' state.

Have Not Recieved Order: If FedEx states that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact FedEx first before reaching out to our support team.
