Common Reasons for Order Declines

- Contact your bank to verify your details or to check why the transaction may have been rejected.

Bank Rejects the Payment:
- If your payment is declined, it may be due to your bank rejecting the request.
- Common causes include:
- Insufficient funds
- Suspicious activity flagged by the bank.
- Contact your bank to authorize Perfect Gift purchases.

Order Limit Reached:
- You may have exceeded the maximum allowed purchases. Refer to our order limits for more information.

Unable to Accept Orders from Your Account:
- To prevent fraud, our system closely monitors for suspicious activity, which may occasionally result in legitimate orders being declined.

- Perfect Gift can only process orders that are placed within the USA.
- Orders placed from outside the US or using international payment methods cannot be processed
