Replacement Card Process
In some cases, we may be able to deactivate and issue a replacement card. Here are the key details:
- Shipping: The replacement card will be dispatched vie USPS First Class shipping (without tracking).
- Processing Fee: A nominal fee of $5 will apply.
- Fee Deduction: The $5 fee will be deducted from your card's balance, and the remaining balance will be transferred to the replacement card.
Important Notes
Responsibility: Perfect Gift assumes no responsibility for refunding unauthorized charges made on a gift card. For unauthorized purchase refunds, you must contact the merchant where the purchases occurred directly.
Information Needed for Investigation
To aid us in investigating your case, please provide as many of the following details as possible:
- Name on the Card: Was there a name on the card?
- Carrier: Do you have the carrier (the piece of paper the card was attached to at the time of delivery)?
- If yes, kindly provide the Unique Card ID number located on the back in the bottom right corner.
- Last 4 Digits: Are you aware of the last 4 digits of the card?
- Original Shipping Address: What is the original shipping address for this card?
- Usage Details: Did you use the card? If so, where and what was the value of the last purchase?
- Receipts: Do you have a receipt for any purchases made?
If none of the above details are available, you may need to contact the buyer/sender to check if they have a record of the card.
For Merchant Cards
Store-specific or merchant cards generally do not expire. Usage is governed by the terms and conditions set by the merchant and is generally available online.
