How to Check Your Order Status

For Registered Users:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.
- View your order history under the account tab for detailed order status.

For Guests:
- Check your email for additional information regarding your order.
- If you've received a tracking number (for FedEx deliveries), use it to trace your package on the FedEx website.
- For USPS first-class mail, the delivery status of your package will be displayed under the status section.
Order Status Meanings:

"Pending Email Verification":
- Please click on the 'Verify my email' button in the email you received after you placed the order.
- This verification ensures the safety and authenticity of your transaction and confirms you have access to the email address you used to place the order.

"Pending Review":
- PerfectGift.com's system is reviewing your order and card details for safety and authenticity.
- Verifying any custom card art to ensure it's safe.

"Pending":
- Your order is being prepared to print and/or email your gift cards.
- This is the final step before PerfectGift.com fully processes your orders.
- Virtual Visa and Mastercard gift cards are typically sent via email within 15 minutes! All orders require a manual review which may delay delivery for up to 4 hours.

"Processing":
- Your order is going through payment processing, and your gift cards are being created!
- The gift cards on your order may be in different statuses based on their individual creation and printing status.

"Completed":
- Your order has been printed/emailed to your recipients!
- Physical gift cards are either mailed on the same business day if the order is processed before 4PM ET, or the following business day.
- eGift cards are emailed immediately following order processing, regardless of business day.

"Canceled":
- Your order was not able to be processed and was subsequently canceled.
- Any payment authorization made for this order has been canceled and will disappear from your credit card statement within 5 business days.

"Refunded":
- Your order has been completely refunded.
- The total amount refunded is displayed next to or below your order total.
Important Notes
- If you have not received your order but see a "delivered" status, it means the package has been delivered to your local post office and will arrive shortly.
- Virtual Visa and Mastercard gift cards are typically sent via email within 15 minutes! All orders require a manual review which may delay delivery for up to 4 hours.
- If you chose FedEx as the delivery method, a tracking number will be issued for your reference.
- For USPS first-class mail, delivery status will be displayed under the status section.
