Lost, Stolen, Expired, or Compromised Gift Cards
If you encounter issues such as a lost, stolen, expired, or compromised gift card, we can issue a replacement card, retaining the remaining balance. The original card will be immediately voided for security reasons. A $5 fee will be deducted from the card's balance to cover the replacement process.
Steps to Request a Replacement Card
- Approval Required: Obtain approval from our customer support team before a replacement can be issued.

Important Notes
- No Additional Funds: Funds cannot be added to the replacement card's balance.
- Shipping: Replacement cards are shipped via USPS without tracking availability.
