Haven't received a credit for your purchase?
If you have not yet received credit or been reimbursed for your purchase, we are here to help!
First, check the following:
- Your card is linked to your gift.
- Your linked card has not expired.
- It has been at least 3 business days since your purchase at the selected merchant.
**You will only be credited after you have made a purchase at the selected merchant with your linked card.
Follow the steps below if you have not received credit for your purchase:
- Click the "Where's my Credit" tab or click this LINK
- Select the merchant, date and amount of your purchase. If you do not see the correct gift/merchant, your card may not be properly linked.
Once you have completed this form, Perfect Gift will immediately issue the credit to your linked card. Although the credit is immediately issued, it may take 1-3 days for the funds to be available in your linked account (depending on your bank).
