To use your plastic card in-store, swipe your card at the register just like you would swipe your debit card! Then, enter your 4-digit PIN or click the green button to bypass this step. You can also select the credit option when swiping your card. If your card is not working, please see below for common restrictions on your card.
Steps for In-Store Purchases
- Swipe Your Card: Swipe your card at the register as you would a debit card.
- Enter PIN: Enter your 4-digit PIN, or click the green button to bypass this step.
- Credit Option: Alternatively, you can select the credit option when swiping your card.
Restrictions on Visa & Mastercard include but are not limited to:
- Geographical Limits: Purchases outside of the United States are not allowed.
- ATM/Cash Access: Cards cannot be used for ATM withdrawals or cash access.
- Gift Card Purchases: Using these cards to buy other gift cards is restricted.
- Online Purchases: Ensure online purchase amounts do not exceed the available balance on your card.

Activation Requirement
- Activation: The card must be activated before use.
- Virtual Cards: Virtual Visa or Mastercard gift cards cannot be used for in-store purchases.
