1. What is a PerfectGift+ card?
A PerfectGift+ is the gift of choice. The recipient can redeem it in a variety of ways. That’s what makes it the Perfect Gift!
You can’t use a PerfectGift+ directly at stores.
Instead, you choose to redeem it for one of the following:
- A prepaid Visa/Mastercard card
- A brand eGift card (like a specific store or restaurant)
- Traditional egifts for thousands of merchants or
- Card-to-card linking is available (link your Credit or Debit card and receive a credit when you use that card at the selected merchant)
- A Zelle transfer for a nominal fee off the balance of the gift.
2. What do I need before I start redeeming?
Have these ready:
- Your PerfectGift+ redemption code (often called a “claim code,” “voucher code,” or “PG+ code”)
- An activation or access code printed on the card or in the email/SMS
- The website link or the QR code, where you should redeem
- This is usually in your email (“Redeem your reward” or “Claim your PerfectGift+” buttons or links)
- Or printed on the back of the physical card
3. Where do I go to redeem my PerfectGift+ code?
You should:
- Look at the email, text message, or physical card you received.
- (Recommended as this will save a few steps)
- If there is a QR code, scan the code with a smartphone camera and click on the link that appears at the bottom of the image.
- Look for a button or link that says something like:
- "Redeem egift."
- “Claim your reward.”
- "Get started."
- “To activate scan code or visit” followed by a perfectgift.com/ url with letters and numbers after the web address.
- Scan, click, or type that link into your browser.
You will land on a PerfectGift+ redemption page that may ask for a code and basic information.
4. What do I do on the PerfectGift+ redemption page?
On the website:
- Enter your PerfectGift+ redemption, activation, or access code
- Complete any simple checks, such as:
- Typing your email address
- Confirming your name
- Entering characters from a picture (CAPTCHA), if asked
