Summary: To protect your account, the portal sends a one-time passcode (OTP) that you enter to confirm it’s really you before a request is processed.
You will be requested to securely submit a request fro a refund or card replacement via Refund and Card Replacement Requests
How it works
- A code is sent to the phone number or email on file for your order or card.
- Enter the code in the portal to continue. Codes are time-limited.
- You’ll be asked for a code for any request that can proceed. Some clearly-ineligible requests (for example, an order already refunded or a card already used) may be declined right away without sending a code.
If you don’t receive a code
- Make sure you’re using the phone/email associated with the order or card.
- Request the code again after a short wait.
- If the contact info on file is outdated or you can’t receive the code, contact customer service — for security, requests can’t be completed without verification.
