Viewing transaction history and disputing unauthorized charges
NOTE: If you have a gift card from a merchant or specific brand, such as Target or Sephora, you will need to contact that merchant directly for the transaction history.

- Enter your 16-digit card number.
- Enter the 3-digit CVV.
- Click Check balance.
- Scroll down to view your transaction history (example below).
Steps to dispute unauthorized charges
Gift cards are most similar to cash.
Unlike a credit card, gift cards are entirely under the control of the person with the card number. This is why it is critical to safeguard your gift cards.
Due to the cash-like nature of gift cards, there is no mechanism for 'disputing' or 'charging back' a purchase made with a gift card.
If you see a suspicious charge:
-
