- Identify Unauthorized Charges: Note the merchant's name and any provided contact information (website or phone number).
- Contact the Merchant: Use the provided information to reach out to the merchant and request a refund.
- Processing Time: Allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be restored to your card.

- Suspension/Replacement: Our customer support team can assist by suspending and/or replacing your card if necessary. Minimal fees may apply.
- Limitations: Please note that our customer support team cannot dispute or refund charges directly.
