Do not worry, the funds on your Visa or Mastercard gift card never expire!
While the expiration date on the card refers to the physical card itself, you can still access any remaining funds by obtaining a replacement card. Here is how:
Steps to Request a Replacement:
Check Your Balance

Ensure your card has sufficient funds to cover the $5 replacement fee.
- Fee applies to both Physical and Virtual Gift Cards
- Check your balance here
How to Request a New Card
- Start by going to our Check Balance page.
- Enter your 16-digit card number and your 3-digit CVV code.
- Enter your email address.

Click the "Check Balance" button.
- The balance of the card must be more than $5.*
- If the card was a Virtual Gift Card our support team will be required to assist.
- Select the "Request A Replacement Card".
- Fill out your name and (email) address and select "Submit Request".
- Your new card with a new expiration date will be mailed out to you. Delivery will take 1 - 6 days.
- There is a $5 fee for requesting a new gift card.
Delivery Information
- Plastic Cards: Provide a US mailing address (No PO Boxes)
- Virtual Cards: Provide the email address where the card should be sent
- Prepaid VISA and Mastercard Gift Cards expire on the last day of the month, as indicated on the front of the card (MM/YY).
- Store-specific or 'merchant cards' typically do not have an expiration date. Usage is subject to the terms and conditions set by the merchant and is generally accessible online
