My gift card is expired, what do I do?

Do not worry, the funds on your Visa or Mastercard gift card never expire!

While the expiration date on the card refers to the physical card itself, you can still access any remaining funds by obtaining a replacement card. Here is how:

Steps to Request a Replacement:

Check Your Balance

• Ensure your card has sufficient funds to cover the $5 replacement fee. 
  • Fees apply to both Physical and Virtual Gift Cards
• Check your balance here

How to Request a New Card

• Start by going to our Check Balance page.
• CARD REPLACEMENT REQUEST

Delivery Information

• Plastic Cards: Provide a US mailing address (No PO Boxes)
• Virtual Cards: Provide the email address where the card should be sent
• Prepaid VISA and Mastercard Gift Cards expire on the last day of the month, as indicated on the front of the card (MM/YY).
• Store-specific or 'merchant cards' typically do not have an expiration date. Usage is subject to the terms and conditions set by the merchant and is generally accessible online
