Unable to activate your card?

To activate a physical or plastic Visa or Mastercard issued by PerfectGift.com, visit the Activate Your Card Online page  at  perfectgift.com/activate.   

• Was it issued by PerfectGift?
  • Check the back of the card to make sure it was issued by PerfectGift.com. We can only activate cards issued by PerfectGift.
    • If your gift card is from another issuer, such as Vanilla Visa, you will need to go to that issuer’s site or contact them to activate your card.
  • If you have a gift card from a merchant or specific brand, such as Target or Sephora, contact that merchant directly or visit their site for activation.  
     
• Is it a Virtual or Digital Visa or Mastercard?
  • Virtual or digital Visa and Mastercards do not need to be activated.
  • Virtual or digital cards must be issued by PerfectGift.com.
  • Simply click the purple button in the email from PerfectGift that you received. 
    • If you see the 16-digit card number and 3-digit CVV, your card is ready for use. 
       
• Is it a PerfectGift Visa or Mastercard that says Rewards (on the front of the card)?
  • Rewards cards are given out by companies.
  • Not all Rewards cards require an activation code.
  • If an activation code is required, you will find the activation code in the email you received or on the paper mailer.
    • If an activation code is required and you do not have it, contact the company you received the Rewards card from for the activation code.
    • Our support team cannot provide codes, but can provide contact information, if needed.
