Potential Reasons You Cannot Activate Your Gift Card

Card not Issued by PerfectGift.com:

• Check the Logo: Verify the presence of the Perfect Gift logo on the bottom right corner of the card's back.
• Other Issuers: If the logo is absent, look for the contact details or website address for the issuing company to seek further assistance.

Virtual Visa or Mastercard:

• Email Activation: For virtual cards, click the "claim my gift" button in the email you received.
• Card Details: If you can access the card number, CVV code, and the expiration date, your card is already active and ready for use.

Card Already Activated:

• Activation Code: If an activation code is required, refer to the paper or email sent with your card. If you cannot find the code, contact the original purchaser for assistance. Our customer support team cannot provide this code.
