Exchange a Virtual VISA Card for a Plastic VISA Gift Card

If you have a "corporate rewards" Virtual VISA card, you are eligible to swap it for a Plastic VISA gift card. Just follow the steps below to complete the exchange. 

Please note:  If your Virtual VISA card does NOT say "Corporate Rewards Card" you are NOT able to exchange it for a plastic VISA card.

Exchange Virtual eGift for Plastic Gift Card

• Log into your account: Use the email or phone number that you used to redeemed your eGift to log into your account, click here. 
  • You can also follow the link from the email or text message of the eGift you received. 
• View Dashboard: When logged into your account click on the dashboard.
• View your Gifts: Click on Received Gifts.
  • If your Virtual VISA card does NOT say "Corporate Rewards Card" you are NOT able to exchange it for a plastic VISA card
• Exchange Gift: Select exchange gifts below the image of the eGift you want to exchange.
  • Some gifts cannot be exchanged.
  • If your gift has been used, this option will NOT be shown.
• Choose: Select the "Swap for a Visa gift card" method.
• Shipping Information: Enter your name and mailing address
  • Must be a valid US Mailing Address (Sorry, we are unable to send to a PO Box).

Notes:

• Submit before 4 PM ET for same-day shipping (business days).
• Shipped via USPS First Class Shipping (typically 2–5 business days).
• Tracking information is unavailable.
• If you redeem your gift as a plastic Visa gift card, you will not be able to choose another gift option after the request is processed.
• If your Virtual VISA card does NOT say "Corporate Rewards Card" you are NOT able to exchange it for a plastic VISA card.
