I need my activation code

Where is my activation or access code? 

Digital Gifts (For cards purchased by a Corporate buyer)

Your 4-digit access code is included with your gift notification.  

A 4-digit code is only required to access a virtual/digital Visa or Mastercard issued by PerfectGift.com

Where can I find my access code:

• In the text message or email sent with your gift
• In your email spam or junk folder. If you’re searching your inbox, look for an email from specialdelivery@perfectgift.info or hello@send.perfectgift.com or noreply@perfectgift.com.

Physical Cards

If you are asked to enter an activation code, these codes are typically provided by the company that purchased the card.

To receive your activation code:

• Contact the company (or person) who gave you the card
• Check the paper that the card was attached to (if applicable)

IMPORTANT NOTES: 

• For a Physical/plastic Visa with "Gift" printed on the front, a 4-digit code is not needed.  
• For a Physical Card with "Reward Card" Printed on the front of the card, your card may require an activation code.
• For any Mastercard, your card may require an activation code.
