Refunds:

• For any anticipated refunds, allow up to 10 business days for your balance to adjust.

Pending Transactions:

• Pending transactions and pre-authorization charges typically settle within 5 business days, depending on the merchant.

• Card Issuer: Ensure your card is issued directly by Perfect Gift, as we can only check balances for cards acquired from our site.
• Card Activation: Confirm that your plastic card is activated. All plastic Visa and Mastercard gift cards must be activated before use, while virtual cards need to be claimed via email.
• Correct Information: Verify that you have entered your card information correctly, including the 16-digit card number and 3-digit CVV code.
