This article provides solutions if you ordered a physical or digital gift card and realized the delivery details were wrong after you completed the purchase.

NOTE: Act quickly. The sooner you reach out, the more options we have to help, especially for physical cards as they ship quickly. Also, once a gift card is redeemed, information cannot be changed.
Wrong email address for a digital/virtual gift?
If you sent a digital gift to the incorrect email address, you can update this online. There’s no need to contact support.
How to resend or correct the recipient email:
- Go to perfectgift.com/order-status.
- Enter your order number (in your confirmation email) and the email address you used at checkout.
- Click on the gift you need to correct.
- Choose to resend to the same email or enter a new, corrected email address.
That's it — the gift will be sent to the updated address right away.

Wrong phone number for a digital/virtual gift?
If you entered the incorrect phone number for a recipient who is expecting an SMS notification, contact support as soon as possible. There is no self-service option to update a phone number on an existing order.
In the meantime, the recipient may still be able to access their gift by email if an email address was also provided at checkout. They can log in at perfectgift.com/login using the email address the gift was sent to.

Wrong mailing address for a physical gift card?
Act immediately. Physical cards are often printed and shipped within a few hours of the order being placed. The sooner you contact us, the more likely we can make a correction.
Contact support immediately with:
- Your order number (see confirmation email)
- The email address you used at checkout
- The correct shipping address
What happens next: Support will determine if your card has shipped yet.
- If it hasn't shipped: The team will attempt to cancel the order before it goes out. This is not always guaranteed, so speed matters.
- If it shipped via FedEx: Support may be able to intercept the package and update the delivery address, depending on timing.
- If it shipped via USPS: An intercept is generally not possible. The order will likely need to be canceled. Note that shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
