This article provides solutions if you ordered a physical or digital gift card and realized the phone number was wrong after you completed the purchase.
NOTE: Act quickly. The sooner you reach out, the better. Once a gift card is redeemed, information cannot be changed.
Wrong phone number for a digital/virtual gift?
If you entered the incorrect phone number for a recipient who is expecting an SMS notification, contact support as soon as possible. There is no self-service option to update a phone number on an existing order.
In the meantime, the recipient may still be able to access their gift by email if an email address was also provided at checkout. They can log in at perfectgift.com/login using the email address the gift was sent to.
To update the phone number, have your order number ready (see confirmation email) and contact us via:
