- Pending Authorizations: You may notice a pending authorization on your statement, which typically resolves within a few days.
Reasons for Consumer Order Cancellations
Consumer orders are frequently canceled due to the following reasons:
- Custom Image Approval Issues: Ensure your image meets our guidelines for approval.
- Delivery Challenges: Issues with the provided address at the time of order.
- International Orders: Orders placed from outside the US or using international payment methods cannot be processed.
- Billing Information: Inconsistencies in billing information may hinder payment authorization.
- Risk Detection: Orders associated with high-risk or suspicious activity may be canceled for security reasons.
Corporate Orders
