Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was canceled, we’ll promptly send an email informing you of the status change.
Common reasons for order cancellations:

Custom image
All uploaded images must meet the Image Approval Guidelines. If an image does not meet these guidelines, the order may be canceled.

Delivery problems
An incomplete or incorrect address can prevent successful order completion. -
International
Orders placed from outside of the U.S. or using international payment methods cannot be processed. -
Billing information
Differences between billing details and payment information can prevent payment authorization. -
Security
Protecting you and your funds are our top priority. Security flags may cause cancelations. If you believe your order cancelation was in error, you will need to contact your bank directly.

Pending charges
- Sometimes a temporary authorization appears on your statement. This usually clears within a few business days.
Corporate Orders
- Cancellations are not common for corporate orders.
- Please reach out to your Account Manager if a cancellation occurs. He or she will be happy to assist and guide you through next steps.
