Can I cancel my order or get a refund?

In most cases, Gift Cards are non-refundable after they have been purchased or redeemed.
Our support team can review each case individually to determine potential eligibility for a refund.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once our team receives your refund request, our review can take up to 1 business day.
If the refund is processed by the PerfectGift team, the refund time is dependent on your financial institution - typically, a refund is processed in 3 to 7 business days. 

Merchant-specific cards:

• Once a recipient has redeemed/accessed their Merchant Gift card credentials NO refunds will be processed.
• For any questions about refunds or transaction history, the Merchant will need to be contacted directly
