Can I cancel my order or get a refund?

In most cases, Gift Cards are non-refundable after they have been purchased or redeemed.
Our support team can review each case individually to determine potential eligibility for a refund. 

Visa and Mastercard Physical and Virtual Cards:

• For Visa and Mastercard, sales of both physical and virtual gift cards are non-refundable if the card has been used by the recipient. 
• If the card has been activated but NOT USED, we can issue a refund for the gift card load value ONLY. The processing and associated shipping fees (for plastic cards) will be retained. 
• To request a refund, please use the chat bubble icon to reach our support team. 

Merchant Specific cards:

• Once a recipient has redeemed / accessed their Merchant Gift card credentials NO refunds will be processed.
• For any questions about refunds or transaction history the Merchant will need to be contacted directly
