Non-Refundable Purchases:
- Sales of both physical and virtual gift cards are non-refundable if the card has been used by the recipient. If the card has been activated but NOT USED, we can issue a refund for the gift card load value ONLY. We will retain the processing and associated shipping fees (for plastic cards). To request a refund, please use the chat bubble icon at the bottom right corner of our website to reach our support team.
- Similar to in-store purchases, online gift cards sales cannot be refunded.
