How To Activate Card Linking on your Visa, Mastercard, or Amex 

• Enter Your Credit/Debit Card Information:
  • We partner directly with Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.
  • Only require your name, card number, and expiration date.
  • No CVV code required.
• Make a Purchase:
  • Pay with the card you selected.
  • Valid for online or in-store purchases.
  • No need to show your gift to the cashier.
• Receive Credit:
  • Your statement credit posts within minutes.
  • Credits are received for each purchase until the full value of the gift is used.

Example

• You receive a $10.00 gift to Dunkin’.
• You activate your gift to your Visa ending in 1234.
• You purchase a latte at Dunkin’ for $3.41 using your Visa ending in 1234.
• A statement credit of $3.41 will be posted to your Visa within minutes.

What If I Don't Receive My Credit?

• Ensure your linked card has not expired.
• Confirm it has been at least 3 business days since your purchase.
• If your card is valid and it has been more than 3 business days, contact our customer support team for further investigation.

Getting an eGift

• Generate the eGift
  • Click the "Generate eGift" button.
  • Your eGift will be generated up to 24 hours after the purchase is made.
• View Your eGift
  • Access your eGift number, PIN, and/or QR code/barcode.
  • eGift Terms & Conditions will vary per merchant.
  • Usage details will be shown on the eGift.

How to Use an eGift

• Online: Enter your eGift card number and PIN (if applicable) at checkout.
• In-Store: Display the QR code or barcode on your mobile device to the cashier.
• Check Your Balance: Call or visit the merchant's website.
• Expiration: eGifts do not expire.

Changing the Brand

1. Select the "Change the Brand" Method
   • Choose from hundreds of popular brands.
2. Confirm a New Merchant
   • Search for and select a new merchant.
   • A $0.99 processing fee applies.

Swapping for a Visa Gift Card

1. Choose the "Swap for a Visa Gift Card" Method
   • A plastic prepaid Visa gift card will be mailed directly to you.
2. Enter Your Information
   • Provide your name and a valid US mailing address (no PO boxes).

Shipping Details

• Order Before 4 PM ET: For same-day shipping (business days).
• Shipping Method: Shipped via USPS First Class Shipping (typically 2–5 business days).
• Tracking: Tracking information is unavailable.
• Mailing Restrictions: Unable to mail to a PO box.
