Where and How to Use Your Gift Card

Types of Cards:

• Prepaid Gift Cards: Usable exclusively within the United States.
• Reward Cards: Valid in select countries outside of the United States.

Usages Restrictions:

• Virtual Visa and Mastercard: For online use only.
• No ATM/Cash Access: Prepaid Visa and Mastercard gift cards cannot be used for ATM withdrawals or cash access.

General Usage Tips:

• Merchant Acceptance: Some merchants may not accept prepaid gift cards as a payment method.
• Check Card Details: Ensure your card has sufficient funds, a valid expiration date, and that the merchant is located within the United States.

Merchant Issues:

• Purchase Guarantee: We cannot guarantee the success of a purchase at a specific merchant, as acceptance is managed independently by each merchant.
• Insufficient Funds: Make sure your card has enough balance to cover the purchase amount.
• Card Validity: Ensure the card is valid and not expired.
