1. Card Not Activated:  Ensure your plastic card is activated. (*Activation is not required for virtual cards.)
2. Expired Card: Verify the expiration date to ensure the card is still valid.
3. Insufficient Funds: Check if there are enough funds on your card to cover the purchase. Consider pre-authorization charges or an online purchases that might exceed the balance.
4. Merchant  Acceptance: Confirm that the merchant accepts prepaid cards.

Usage Restrictions

• Geographical Limits: Visa and Mastercard Prepaid Gift Cards are valid only within the USA.
• ATM/Cash Assess: These cards cannot be used for ATM withdrawals or to access cash.
• Purchasing Gift Cards: Using these cards to buy other gift cards is restricted. 
• Online Purchases: Ensure online purchase amounts do not exceed the available balance. 
• Bill Pay/Subscription Services: Some services may not accept prepaid cards.
