Is my gift card reloadable or can I add additional funds?

Cannot add Funds to or Reload Gift Cards

• Perfect Gift does not offer reloadable gift cards.
• Our prepaid Visa and Mastercard gift cards remain valid until the funds are exhausted or the card expires.
• Funds cannot be added to the gift card after initial purchase.
• If a purchase that used the gift card was refunded, the gift card will be credited by the merchant the refunded amount.
  • This typically takes 3-5 business days.
• For refunds being issues by a hotel, these can take up to 30 business days.

Combining Balances

Balances from multiple cards cannot be combined or transferred into a single card. Each card retains its balance and usability independently.

Requesting a Replacement for Expired Cards

If your card has expired and has a remaining balance of more then $5, you can request a replacement with a new expiration date. A $5 processing fee will be applied for this service.
