Making online purchases

Our Virtual Visa/Mastercard gift cards are designed for online and over-the-phone transactions only. They cannot be added to virtual wallets and are not valid for in-store purchases. All  transactions must be conducted within the U.S.

1. Entering Card Details:
   • Input your 16-digit card number, CVV code, and expiration date in the credit/debit card payment section.
   • Avoid inputting your card details into the gift card payment section as this will cause your purchase to be declined.
2. Billing Information:
   • Use any name and a valid U.S. billing address when prompted for billing information. 

Important Notes

• Merchant Acceptance:
  • If your card or billing details are not accepted, it is likely that the merchant does not accept prepaid gift cards as a valid form of payment.
• Balance Limit
  • Your card will be declined if the purchase amount exceeds the balance available on your card.
