We are required by Visa, Mastercard, and our banking partners to review all custom card images and cannot approve any that fall outside these guidelines.
Common Reasons for Rejection:
- Non-Original Images: Using images that are not your own. Images that appear to be copied from the internet, including those of celebrities, athletes, and cartoons, will be rejected. Only submit personal photos that you own.
- Business-Related Images (Consumer Orders Only): Images that include a company name, logo, or product image will be rejected. If you own a business and wish to have your logo or company name on the card, please click here to place your order and provide your company information for verification.
- Inappropriate Content: Images depicting violence, nudity, firearms, gambling, drugs, or alcohol cannot be accepted.
