What happens if I return or cancel a purchase made using my gift card?

If you have made a return or canceled a purchase using your gift card, you will be eligible for a refund. This applies to Visa or Mastercard gift cards that are still valid and in the possession of the cardholder. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to settle and reflect on your card's balance.

Helpful Tips:

• Credits from Merchants: Refunds for canceled or returned orders will be credited back to your gift card.
• Discarded Prepaid Visa or Mastercard: If you have discarded your card, a replacement card may be issued in some cases (see Lost or Stolen Cards).
• Discarded Physical Merchant Gift Card: Generally, there is no recourse for discarded physical merchant gift cards. You may contact the merchant for further assistance.
• Discarded Digital Merchant Card: You may request that the original eGift link be resent to your email.
• Expired or Replaced Cards: Refunds cannot be applied to a gift card that has expired or been replaced.
