Why was my custom image declined?

If your order was rejected due to an image you submitted for your gift card, it likely did not comply with our Image Guidelines

We are permitted to ensure that all custom card images adhere to the regulations set by Visa, Mastercard, and our banking partners. 
 

The most common reasons for rejection are:

• Non-Personal Images:
  Images that appear to be copied from the internet (including celebrities, athletes, cartoons) are not allowed. Please submit only personal photos that you own.
• Business Logos/Names:
  If your image contains a company name, logo, or product image, it will be rejected. For company logos or business images, click here to place an order and provide verifiable company information.

• Inappropriate Content:
  Images depicting violence, nudity, firearms, gambling, drugs, or alcohol cannot be accepted

  Additionally, the custom image cannot interfere with the Visa or Mastercard logo or make it difficult to read the card numbers and security details.

   

Acceptable Images

• Not copyrighted. You own it.
• Under 10MB
• No offensive, violent, or illegal content.
