I see an order I did not place....what must I do?

If you get an email or text message confirming an order with Perfect Gift and you did not place the order, please:

1. Confirm that no members of the household or family placed an order inadvertently using your account or credentials
2. Contact us immediately and provide as much detail as possible on the unauthorized order:

• Provide the order number
• Provide the last 4 numbers of the card used to place the order
• Provide the email that you received the order confirmation to
• If you did not receive a confirmation email or text, and you found the charge on your bank statement, please provide the transaction details and card number
