Welcome to PerfectGift Rewards — our loyalty program where you earn points (called Sparks) every time you shop. This article answers the most common questions about how the program works, how to earn and redeem points, and how to troubleshoot a missing reward.
Getting Started
What is PerfectGift Rewards?
PerfectGift Rewards is our free loyalty program for PerfectGift consumer customers. You earn Sparks (points) on qualifying purchases and can redeem them for promo codes you can use at checkout.
How do I join?
Good news! You're already in. When you place an order on PerfectGift.com, you are automatically enrolled. There's no separate sign-up step.

When did the program launch?
PerfectGift Rewards launched on June 9, 2026. You earn Sparks on qualifying orders placed on or after that date.
How do I check my Sparks balance?
- Sign in to your PerfectGift account.
- Go to your Account page (/account).
- Look for the Rewards widget — it shows your current Sparks balance and rewards history.
You can opt out of the program by contacting customer support or emailing admin.loyalty@perfectgiftrewards.com.
Earning Sparks
How do I earn Sparks?
You earn Sparks automatically when you complete a qualifying purchase on PerfectGift.com. Once your order status is complete, the points are added to your account balance.
Do I receive a bonus for my first purchase?
Not at this point in time.
I placed an order as a guest — do I still earn Sparks?
Yes, as long as the email you used at guest checkout matches the email on your PerfectGift consumer account. Points are automatically applied to the matching account for eligible orders.
Can I earn Sparks on orders I placed before the program launched?
No. Only orders placed on or after June 9, 2026 are eligible. Pre-launch orders aren't backfilled into the program.
Why didn't I receive Sparks for my order?
A few things to check:
- Your order was placed on or after June 9, 2026 (the program launch date).
- Your order is in completed status — points don't post until the order is finalized.
- Your account is a consumer or SMB account (corporate accounts are not eligible).
- If you checked out as a guest, the email used at checkout matches your account email.
Points can take a short time to appear after an order completes. If everything above checks out and points still haven't appeared after a reasonable wait, please contact our support team.
I made a purchase but don't see any Sparks.
First, give the order a little time to sync — bonuses post shortly after the order is marked complete. Then check your balance under the Rewards widget on your /account page. If the bonus still doesn't appear, reach out to support, and we'll investigate.
Redeeming Sparks
How do I redeem my Sparks?
- Sign in to your PerfectGift account.
- Go to the Rewards section in your Dashboard.
- If you've reached the redemption threshold, you can redeem your Sparks for a promo code.
- Your unique promo code will be emailed to you.
- Enter the code in the promo code field at checkout on PerfectGift.com to apply the discount.
Is there a "redeem points" button at checkout?
No. All redemptions happen through promo codes. After you redeem on the Rewards page, you'll receive an email containing your unique code — enter it in the promo code field at checkout to use it.
I didn't receive my reward email. What should I do?
- Make sure you've actually reached the redemption threshold (you can confirm on the Rewards page).
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm the email on your PerfectGift account is current and correct.
If you still don't see the email after a short wait, contact support, and we'll help track it down.
Do my Sparks expire?
Sparks expire one year from the date they are earned.
Are there any account requirements?
We need to have your email in order to issue you a reward, so this program is only available for customers who have email accounts.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Account Changes
What happens to my Sparks if I cancel or return an order?
If an order is cancelled or refunded, the Sparks you earned from that order will be automatically deducted from your account balance. This keeps things fair and ensures points only reflect completed purchases.
Can I opt out of PerfectGift Rewards?
Yes. You can opt out of the program by contacting customer support or emailing admin.loyalty@perfectgiftrewards.com.
I have an SMB or corporate account — can I join?
The PerfectGift loyalty program is currently available to SMB customers. Corporate accounts are not eligible.
What's Not Included (Yet)?
Here are some things that aren't part of the program today:
- Earning points for social shares, referrals, or other non-purchase actions — not currently supported.
- Redeeming points directly in the cart or at checkout — redemption is promo-code-based only.
- Backfilling points for orders placed before June 9, 2026 — only post-launch orders earn Sparks.
