If you realize that you placed an order for a Physical Gift Card and the address entered was incorrect, what should I do?
In many cases, we print and ship within a few hours of the order, so changing an address is not always possible.
It's recommended that you contact us immediately, providing the following information:
- Order ID
- email used on the order
- The incorrect address and the correct address
What happens after we receive your corrected address?
- The Support Team will review the shipping method selected (FedEx or USPS)
- The Support Team will determine whether the order has shipped
- The Support team will attempt to cancel the order or stop the shipment if the card has yet to ship. This is never guaranteed and not always possible.
- Depending on the shipping provider, the support team will advsie on the next steps:
- The order may be canceled, less any shipping and processing fees
- The order address may be changed if it is a FEDEX shipment, and there is sufficient time to intercept the order and make an address correction
